An IVY League business
Project Overview
IVY League Properties were a local property company specialising in property development.
The brief was to create a logo using the owners initials which were I,V, & Y. The owners already had the idea of using this, along with an ivy leaf, as the name of their company and it was up to me to implement this into a new, contemporary, eye catching brand.
Initially I came up with various version for them to choose from and once they had decided on the version they preferred I went on to develop this further.
The outcome
A unique, contemporary brand was created and rolled out across their signage as well as company stationery giving this new start up business a clear identity that sets them apart from their competition.
